• Otisfield: begins at 1:30 p.m. on Sunday, Feb. 19, in the Otisfield Town Office meeting room.

• Oxford: begins at 2 p.m. on Sunday, Feb. 19, in the Oxford Town Office.

• Hebron: begins at 7 p.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 21, in the Hebron Town Office.
