AUBURN – The wedding of Elaine Patricia Breton and Peter James Thibodeau was held at 2 p.m. on Sept. 17 at the United Methodist Church of Auburn. The Rev. Richard Cullen officiated at the ceremony.
The bride is the daughter of Aldea Breton of Poland and the late Stephane Breton. The bridegroom is the son of the late Claude and Stella Thibodeau of Houlton.
The bride was given in marriage by her son, Elijah Breton. Lorraine Champagne, friend, attended as matron of honor, and James Champagne, friend, attended as best man.
A reception followed at the Elks Lodge in Lewiston, after which the couple traveled to the White Mountains of New Hampshire They are residing in Poland.
The bride is a graduate of St. Dominic Regional High School and is employed at Shaw’s Supermarket.
The bridegroom is a graduate of Lewiston High School and is employed at Poland Spring Bottling.
