• Lewiston area: approximately 4,200 customers lost power during Friday and Saturday’s heavy winds, a Central Maine Power Co. spokesman said. By Saturday night, about 1,400 customers remained in the dark.

• Farmington area: about 3,500 lost power during the winds and nearly 1,300 remained without electricity Saturday.

• Bridgton area: about 5,400 customers lost electricity. By Saturday night, that number was down to 1,897.

• Brunswick: one of the hardest-hit areas, with about 5,900 in the dark at one point. By Saturday night, about 4,047 were still without power.
