Lodge meeting

LIVERMORE FALLS – Charity Rebekah Lodge will meet Wednesday, Feb. 22, at the home of Betty Mitchell on Jordan Avenue. Dessert refreshments will be served at 12:30 p.m., followed by the meeting at 1:30. Presidents’ Day will be observed, with Bernal Wilkins and Paul Washburn preparing the program.

Caucus slated

WILTON – Democrats will caucus at 2 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 26, in the Community Room at the Wilton Town Office

The caucus will elect town officers, select delegates to the Democratic State Convention June 2 to 4 and discuss policy issues.

The Wilton Registrar of Voters will be present and any person not registered in a political party who would like to enroll as a Democrat may do so.

Joint caucus

JAY – Jay and Livermore Falls Democrats will caucus together from 2:30 to 4:30 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 26, at the Jay Middle School cafeteria.

Towns will select delegates and alternates to the Democratic State Convention, elect municipal officers and county committee members. People not registered in a political party but who would like to enroll as a Democrat may do so.
