LEWISTON – Sally A. Wilson has joined Androscoggin Bank as a human resources training specialist. She will be responsible for designing and implementing strategic training initiatives for employees throughout all areas of the bank.

Wilson, who brings 19 years of corporate learning experience to the bank, will be responsible for conducting the delivery of each employee training program as well as developing criteria and systems to measure the effectiveness of the training.

Prior to joining the bank, Wilson held the position of project leader and senior learning specialist at L.L. Bean in Freeport. She has an associate degree from the University of Maine Orono as well as professional membership in the Society for Human Resource Management and the Project Management Institute.

She resides in Freeport with her husband, Guy J. Wilson.
