WILTON – The Mt. Blue Voices, an a cappella vocal ensemble from Mt. Blue High School, under the direction of Dennis Hayes, will present a special family-oriented concert at 3 p.m. Sunday, March 12, in the First Congregational Church on Main Street.

The 15 student-musicians will present a program of pop hits and classics. Songs include tunes from the 1950s through today. Titles will include the Doobie Brother’s “Listen to the Music”; the Beatles’ “Do You Want to Know a Secret”; Linda Ronstadt’s “You’re No Good”; and James Brown’s “I Feel Good,” all sung a cappella or with no instrumental accompaniment.

Over the first weekend of April, the Voices will travel to Walt Disney World in Orlando, Fla., where they will represent their state at Disney’s Magic Music Days “Celebration of America’s Musical Heritage.”

All donations at the concert will go toward covering the trip expenses.
