MANCHESTER, N.H. (AP) – Aerosmith canceled its Thursday night concert at the Verizon Wireless Arena because of illness, and reports are that it’s Steven Tyler who’s in sick bay.

“I know there’s illness in the camp,” said Shazila Mohammed, tour press director. “Beyond that, I can’t say.”

The band had canceled recent performances in Pensacola, Fla., then in Lexington, Ky., because Tyler was sick, The Lexington Herald-Leader reported. The nature of his illness wasn’t disclosed.

Verizon says there is no plan to reschedule the date.

Billboard magazine lists the Aerosmith tour as the number three tour in the country, behind U-2 and Bon Jovi.
