WATERVILLE – The Colby College baseball team and Coach Tom Dexter is inviting all baseball players to a clinic on Saturday, March 18 at the Colby Fieldhouse.

Registration begins at 8:30 a.m., with the clinic to run from 9-11:30 a.m. Cost is $15, ages 7-15.

The clinic will cover baseball fundamentals.

Proceeds will benefit Colby’s spring baseball trip to Florida.

Boat show upcoming

PORTLAND – The 35th annual Maine Boat Show will take place March 23-26 at the Cumberland County Civic Center.

In addition to 110 boats on display, the show will feature 19 free seminars presented by area professionals.

Thursday’s admission is $8 for adults. Friday through Sunday, the fee $7 for adults, $6 for seniors and $4 for children. Show hours are noon to 8 p.m. Thursday; 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. Friday; 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Saturday; and 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday.
