PORTLAND – A protest of the war in Iraq will be held on the third anniversary of the air strikes that began the war from 2 to 4 p.m. Sunday, March 19, at Monument Square on Congress Street. The protest is co-sponsored by Peace Action Maine and the American Friends Service Committee. This event will be preceded by a bridge vigil on the Casco Bay Bridge from noon to 2 p.m.
