NEW VINEYARD – Leslie Howard Frederic, 82, of New Vineyard, died March 16.
He was born Oct. 25, 1923, in New Vineyard, the son of Leslie Howard and Elsie (Scribner) Frederic. He attended school in New Vineyard.
He worked for Fred O. Smith in New Vineyard and Macomber Mill in West Farmington. He married Ruth Thayer in 1982. She died in 1988.
He enjoyed watching baseball games, going for scenic rides and boating to Cabbage Island for lobster dinners.
Survivors include close friends Howard and Leita Jackson of New Vineyard; and the many residents at Sandy River Health Care Center.
