FARMINGTON – The following arrests were recently logged at Franklin County Detention Center:

• Donald Pearson, 47, Norway, probation violation March 13 by Probation and Parole. As of March 23, he was still being held, according to a jail intake officer.

• Eugene M. Burnell, 24, Wilton, violation of protection from abuse order, violation of condition of release March 13 by Wilton police. As of March 23, he was still being held, according to a jail intake officer.

• Jason C. Cox, 20, Farmington, driving after suspension, violation of condition of release March 15 by Farmington police. Cash bail of $100 provided for court appearance on May 4.

• Scott R. Fletcher, 46, New Vineyard, violation of condition of release March 16 by the Sheriff’s Dept. As of March 23, he was still being held, according to a jail intake officer.

• Thomas Bender, 25, Jay, failure to appear warrant March 16 by the Sheriff’s Dept. He appeared in court and was sentenced, according to a jail intake officer.

• Margaret L. Misero, 28, Farmington, theft by unauthorized taking/transfer March 17 by Farmington police. Cash bail of $200 was provided for court appearance on April 20.

• Robert H. LaBrie, 35, Minot, three counts theft by unauthorized taking/transfer March 17 by the Sheriff’s Dept. Cash bail of $500 was provided for court appearance on May 26.

• David Ladd, 55, Strong, driving after suspension March 17 by the Sheriff’s Dept. Cash bail of $100 was provided for court appearance on March 17.

• Richard Vincent, 30, Farmington, unpaid fine and fees March 17 by Farmington police. He paid his fines of $328 and was released, according to a jail intake officer.

• Justin Quamme-Widmer, 21, Chesterville, possession of scheduled drug, criminal trespass March 18 by Farmington police. Cash bail of $150 was provided for court appearance on April 28.

• Kenneth G. Shaw, 43, New Vineyard, failure to appear warrant March 19 by the Sheriff’s Dept. Cash bail of $300 was provided for court appearance on April 12.

• Scott Kidder, 26, Jay, two counts of assault March 19 by Wilton police. Unsecured bail of $3,000 was provided for court appearance on April 20.
