LONDONDERRY, N.H. (AP) – A Derry thrift store owner is accused of stealing thousands of dollars worth of clothing from Goodwill Industries and selling it in his shop.

Police said Ethan Palmer, 30, was caught on videotape breaking into a storage trailer behind a Goodwill shop. According to court records, he has admitted stealing as many as 70 bags of clothing in two months last fall and then selling them in his store, Broadway Brand Names Thrift Store.

Palmer has been charged with theft and criminal mischief. He’s due in court April 18.
