LEWISTON – Allan John Morris, 49, of Fish Street, Turner, died peacefully Sunday, April 2, at Central Maine Medical Center.

He was born in Lewiston, May 5, 1956, the son of Nathan and Alberta Briggs Morris. He graduated from Leavitt Area High School in 1975, and was employed as a truck driver at K & K Excavation in Turner.

He was known for being a kind hearted, fun loving man who touched all of those that knew him. His laughter, sense of humor and kind nature impacted all that knew him and for that we are thankful for the time we had with him and he will be deeply missed.

He was a loving husband to his best friend and wife, Sherry Morris. He was a caring dad to sons, Derrick and Jeremy and daughters, Tammy, Michelle and Jenn. Allan was a proud grandfather to Ivy, Kailey and Aaliyah.

He is also survived by his parents of Turner; sisters, Joanne Allen and husband, Brian, of Turner and Tracy Leavitt and husband, Steve, of Harpswell; brother, Gary Morris and wife, Tricia, of Hartford; as well as many nieces and nephews, all of whom were very dear to him.
