LEWISTON – Two minor upsets were registered as playoffs began Monday in the Lewiston Rec Women’s Volleyball League.

Scoreboard Pub (5) beat Right Stuff (4), 25-23, 25-16; and Sherb’s Signs (7) upset Charles H. Roberts, Inc. (6), 25-16, 19-25, 25-17.

DC Electric (3) then eliminated Sherb’s Signs in a grueling 3-game match.

Playoffs resume April 10, as follows: 7:40 p.m., Capsawn Designs (1) vs Scoreboard Pub; 8:40, Hunt’s Hill (2) vs DC Electric. Finals are set for April 24.
