FARMINGTON – Kindergarten registration dates for children in SAD 9 schools will be held at the following times and places:
April 10, Monday, 2 to 5 p.m., Cushing School, by appointment.
April 11, Tuesday, 2 to 4:30 p.m., Cape Cod Hill School.
April 12, Wednesday, noon to 6 p.m., Mallett School, by appointment.
April 13, Thursday, 3 to 4:30 p.m., Weld School, by appointment.
At registration, parents will need their child’s birth certificate, social security card, immunization records, a recent photo of the child and filled-our parental questionnaire and medical history forms.
If a child is 5 on or before Oct. 15 and parents intend to register their child for school, they should call Bernadette Wallace as soon as possible at 778-2771 for a registration packet.
In the packet, there will be information and forms necessary to register a child on those dates.
Parents who wish to register their children at Mallett or Cushing School also need to call their respective school offices for an appointment: Mallett at 778-3529 or Cushing at 645-2442.
