A firefighter at the Auburn Fire Department demonstrated to the students at Temple Shalom Preschool of Auburn how to stay low, beneath the level of the smoke, in case of a fire. Firefighters wanted children to become familiar with the masks and suit that a firefighter wears so they are not afraid of them if ever they need to be rescued from a fire.
