AUBURN – “Christian Healing through God’s Love,” a talk by Michael Pabst, Christian Science practitioner, will be presented at 2 p.m. Saturday, April 15, in the Community Room, Auburn Police Station.

It is the third in a series of free talks for the community sponsored by First Church of Christ, Scientist, Auburn/Lewiston, covering spiritual approaches to health, self-worth and healing.

Each talk includes dramatic examples of physical, mental and social improvements from total reliance on prayer and what the speaker calls a “scientific understanding of the method Jesus employed to heal.”

According to program organizers, the third talk, which is a repeat, was added in response to the large public turnout to the previous talk and requests to have it repeated.

Pabst, who lives in Pownal, is employed full-time in treating patients through the spiritual system outlined in the Christian Science textbook, “Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures” by Mary Baker Eddy.

He speaks throughout the United States and in Europe on the subject.
