Class luncheon
RUMFORD – Men and women of the class of 1952 from Stephens High School will meet at 11:30 a.m. Monday, May 1, at Sam’s in Virginia for the monthly luncheon. All class members are welcome.
Class to meet
MEXICO – Stephens School High Class of 1944 members will meet for lunch at 11:30 a.m. Thursday, May 4, at the Chicken Coop, Main Street.
Day of prayer
RUMFORD – A National Day of Prayer observance will be held from 12:20 to 12:40 p.m. Thursday, May 4, at Memorial Park, end of Congress Street.
Area pastors and anyone else who desires to attend will meet informally in a circle to pray for the nation and leaders of the River Valley communities. The observance will coincide with many other prayer observances and rallies throughout the nation. For more information, call 364-8712.
