Sen. Susan Collins met with Paige Piper from Minot during a recent trip to Washington, D.C. Piper was in Washington to attend the National Young Leaders Conference, which offers students the opportunity to discuss current events and issues with top policy makers and to learn and implement creative decision-making and problem-solving methods.
