STRONG – Strong Nursing Home chose Judy Melvin of Dixfield as Employee of the Month recently.
Melvin joined the nursing home team in September 2005. She is the charge nurse on the evening shift. J
Her peers have said, “She is a quick learner and she has a great sense of humor.”
When asked why she enjoys her work so much she replied, “Whether one lives here or works here, Strong Nursing Home is a family. It is a great place to be. It feels like home to me.”
Melvin has three adult children and two grandchildren. When she is unable to spend time with her family, she enjoys reading, walking and shopping.
