WOODSTOCK – Franklin Grange 124 presented its community citizen award to Queda Billings of Bryant Pond during an open house program recently.
She has been with the Woodstock School for more than 30 years, and she and her husband, Scott Billings, are members of the Bryant Pond Baptist Church. They have been involved in town activities over the years.
Music for the program was provided by Dot Canwell, Yvonne Nowlin, Muriel and Harvey Lord and Laura Hutchins. Lucille Robbins gave a special reading about the Grange, written by long-time grange lecturer, Olive P. Davis.
State Grange Master Steve Verrill presented the award to Queda Billings in behalf of the Grange.
