LEEDS – The Rural Community Action Ministry will hold a gardening program, “Create Your Own Garden – Grow Fresh Produce – Eat Healthy,” this summer.

Those who are income-eligible, elderly or disabled, beginner or experienced gardeners and live in Buckfield, Canton, Greene, Hartford, Leeds, Litchfield, Livermore, Monmouth, Sabattus, Sumner, Turner, Wales or Wayne are invited to visit a seed-distribution location to determine eligibility.

Sessions will be held as follows:

Monday, May 22, from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m., Boofy Quimby Memorial Center, Route 219, Turner, and from 1 to 3 p.m. at the RCAM Office, 81 Church Hill Road.

Tuesday, May 23, from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. at Sabattus Town Office, 190 Middle Road, and from 1 to 3 p.m. at Monmouth Town Office, 859 Main St.

Wednesday, May 24, from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. at Canton Town Office, 28 Cross St., and from 1 to 3 p.m. at Buckfield Town Office, 34 Turner St.
