HERSHEY, Pa. – Eric Fehr scored 9:07 into overtime as the Hershey Bears topped the Portland Pirates 5-4 in Game 7 of the Eastern Conference Finals on Tuesday.

Graham Mink had tied the game for Hershey with 2:09 left in regulation.

Dustin Penner scored twice for the Pirates, who jumped out to an early 2-0 lead on power-play goals by Tim Brent and Penner.

The Bears answered with two power-play goals of their own – Mike Green at 9:59 and Thomas Fleischmann at 15:04 – to tie it.

With the scored tied at 3, Penner scored shorthanded at the 13:26 mark of the second period to give Portland the lead.

Hershey will face Western Conference champion Milwaukee for the Calder Cup.
