MEXICO – Paul R. Dumas Jr. returned from Briarcliff Manor, N.Y., where he taught a Trial Lawyer’s College workshop on cross examination of witnesses with attorney and author Gerry Spence.

Spence founded the Trial Lawyer’s College in 1995 to train lawyers how to handle and try cases against big insurance companies, corporations and government agencies. This particular seminar focused on teaching lawyers how to employ a story telling method while directing a cross examination of hostile and nonhostile witnesses.

The workshop drew 45 lawyers.

Dumas has been on staff at the Trial Lawyers College in Dubois, Wyo., since 1998. He lives in Mexico with his wife Cindy, and has practiced law locally for 33 years.
