SABATTUS – The families of Laura Ann Hughes and Jason Henry Gravel are pleased to announce their upcoming marriage.
Miss Hughes is the daughter of Stephen L. and Carol A. Hughes of Scarborough. She is a graduate of Scarborough High School and attended Gordon College in Massachusetts. She is currently a student at the University of Southern Maine and is employed at Hannaford Bros.
Mr. Gravel is the son of Gerard A. Sr. and Patricia A. Gravel of Sabattus. He is a graduate of Oak Hill High School and the University of Southern Maine, obtaining a bachelor’s degree in business with a minor concentration in economics. He is employed at Hannaford Bros.
An Oct. 7 wedding is planned at the State Street Church, UCC, in Portland, with a reception to follow at the Centurion in Westbrook.
The couple resides in Scarborough.
