HALLOWELL – Gaslight Theater will present Neil Simon’s comedy/drama “Jake’s Women” June 15-17 and June 22-24 at Hallowell City Hall Auditorium.

Jake, a novelist who is more successful with fiction than with life, faces a marital crisis by daydreaming about the women in his life. The wildly comic and sometimes moving flashbacks played in his mind are interrupted by visitations from actual females.

Jake’s women include a revered first wife, his daughter who is recalled as a child but is now a young woman, his boisterous and bossy sister, an opinionated analyst, his current wife and a prospective third wife.

The show starts at 7:30 p.m. Thursdays and 8 p.m. Fridays and Saturdays. Tickets are $10 for adults, $8 for seniors and students. Call 626-3698.
