NEW GLOUCESTER – Incumbent Lenora Conger and A. Wayne Cobb were elected selectmen Tuesday. Conger got 358 votes and will serve her fifth term. Cobb got 353.

In the 1990s she served one partial term and two consecutive terms and then took a break. This marks a second consecutive term for her.

Kathleen Potter and incumbent David Sutherland easily claimed two school board posts. Sutherland garnered 388 votes and Potter, a newcomer, garnered 343.
