Tourney openings remain for this weekend

LEWISTON – Although the tournament was rained out from last weekend, openings are still available for teams interested in participating in the Andy Valley Umpires one-bracket ASA slow pitch tournament.

Games will be played from June 16-18 at local diamonds.

Entry fee is $190. Proceeds will support local scholarships.

Checks or money orders may be made out to Andy Valley Umpires and mailed to Tony Gowell, P.O. Box 520, Sabattus, ME 04280 or Tim Lare, 225 Seventh Street, Auburn, ME 04210.

ASA roster and payment questions may be directed to Gowell at 375-6540 or Lare at 783-2987.

Tournament bracket will be organized according to Class C rules.
