Unless otherwise noted, the following are to be arraigned at 8:30 a.m. on July 5 in Rumford District Court:

• Ronny Rumley, 49, Rumford, Oxford County Superior Court warrant on charges of six felony counts of unlawful trafficking in drugs and two misdemeanor counts, conspiracy and criminal forfeiture, at 8:30 a.m. June 13. He was taken to Oxford County Jail in Paris.

• Jolene Putnam, 31, Peru, warrant on charge of unpaid fines on an underlying charge of attachment of false plates to a motor vehicle, 2:20 a.m. June 11. She was released on $152 cash bail.

• Keith Matthews, 44, Mexico, operating under the influence, 1:58 a.m. June 11. He was released on $700 unsecured bail. Matthews was also summoned on A charge of operating under the influence at 12:03 a.m. June 9 on Oxford Avenue.

Accidents

• June 8, 2:45 p.m. – Pedestrian Martha Lewis, 33, of Rumford was struck by a blue car while crossing Waldo Street, knocked to the pavement and injured. The car, which entered Lincoln Avenue from Waldo Street opposite Hannaford, never stopped, continuing into Mexico, Sgt. David Bean said. Lewis was taken by Med-Care Ambulance to Rumford Hospital. Police have no suspects, but are seeking help from the public to identify the hit-and-run driver.
