The New Gloucester Planning Board approved a new truck maintenance business, Cornerstone Cartage LLC, to be built on Route 122 near the Poland town line. Mark and Darsi Simond plan to develop 7.98 acres of a 42.25-acre property. The plan includes a 7,490-square-foot building to be used for office space, inventory storage and truck maintenance and a gravel parking lot for tractor-trailers. The business has 30 trailers and 15 trucks.
