WOODSTOCK – Town Manager Vern Maxfield is reminding people that the town office will be closed on Thursday and Friday, July 13 and 14, reopening again at its regular time at 8:30 a.m. Monday, July 17.
“We are closing because I will be away at a workshop in Augusta regarding municipal accounting, and Deputy Town Clerk Rose Frasier is on vacation at that time. We hope the closing will not inconvenience the people,” Maxfield said.
He also announced Monday that new culverts are in on a stretch of Old County Road from the town line to the Geff Inman property.
