NORWAY – Jerry Castleberry, D.O., has joined the active medical staff of Stephens Memorial Hospital and will begin work in the Emergency Services Department in July.

Castleberry, originally from Okmulgee, Okla., received his medical degree at the Oklahoma State University. He completed his internship in internal medicine and his residency training program in emergency medicine at Scott & White Hospital in Temple, Texas, where he was chief resident.

Castleberry will be living in South Paris with his wife and three children.
