NORWAY – Norway Savings Bank announced that Laurie Allen and Debbie Ward have been named vice presidents.
Allen joined Norway in 1997 as a summer teller in the Bridgton branch and since then has worked in loan origination, loan processing, and in 2003 was placed in charge of retail loan systems. As vice president in charge of loan servicing, Allen will oversee commercial and consumer loan servicing functions. She is working on her associates degree in business administration.
In her new role as vice president and regional operations officer, Ward will be responsible for administering branch operating policies, procedures and practices for Norway’s southern region. Joining the bank in 1981, she has held positions from teller to branch manager, and has managed the training department for the past five years.
