• Kimberly A. Nelligan, 20, Rumford, obstructing government administration, violation of bail conditions, July 17, no bail allowed.

• Thomas Oshields, 54, Moose, Wy., operating without a license, operating under the influence, July 17, Maine State Police, $400 cash bail.

• Wayne S. Gager, 44, Paris, fugitive from justice, Paris police, July 16, no bail allowed.

• Alexander L. Oueilan, 23, Canton, disorderly conduct, failure to give correct name and address, July 16, Fryeburg police, $400 cash bail.
