SABATTUS – Meagan Ring spent July 14 to 20 at the National Young Scholars Program at Union College campus in Schenectady, N.Y.

Ring attends Holy Cross School and will be in fifth grade in the fall. She was chosen for her high scholastic achievement testing at school to represent her school for the state.

Students investigated, explored and participated in the most advanced, in-depth learning programs available for high achievers. Ring chose “Newton’s Laws” for her program.

She is the daughter of Steve and Debby Ring of Sabattus. She has a younger brother, Nathan, who also attends Holy Cross School.
