SOUTH PARIS – Announcement is made of the upcoming marriage of Jennifer Newton and Jonathan Fortin.

Miss Newton is the daughter of Gerald and Grace Newton and Peggy Newton, all of South Paris. She is a graduate of Oxford Hills Comprehensive High School and Central Maine Community College. She is currently employed at Hannaford Supermarket in Oxford as a supervisor.

Mr. Fortin is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Donald Fortin Sr. of Poland. He is a graduate of Poland Regional High School and is currently employed at Maine Containers at Poland Spring.

An Oct. 28 wedding is planned at Poland Excelsior Grange Hall.
