AUBURN – Motor Home Center came-from-behind to defeat RDB Construction 21-9 in opening playoff action Monday. Earl Gardner and Dave Langlois both clouted 2-run homers.

Meineke Car Care knocked off Gritty’s 18-11 as Brad O’Connor, Mike O’Connor and Ryan Wilson all cracked 3 hits. Brad O’Connor walloped a homer as did Fod Martin as 1 of his 2 hits. John Langelier was the winning pitcher.

Tonight’s schedule: Gritty’s vs RDB Construction, Upper Pettengill, 6:00; Loser Mainland-Major Automotive vs Loser Uncle Andy’s-Reggie’s Sales, Pett. 7:30.

The double-elimination tourney continues Thursday and all next week.
