The citizens of House District 68, part of Auburn, are fortunate to have Mike Beaulieu as a candidate for the Maine House of Representatives for the next two years.
Beaulieu recently retired after a successful career as a history and government teacher at Lewiston High School. I worked with him for 15 years, and found him to be not only an excellent teacher, but also a man of integrity, someone who listens to all sides of an issue, and a true gentleman.
Legislators have two basic responsibilities: they regulate your life and they spend your money. Mike Beaulieu will take those responsibilities seriously, and the citizens of Auburn will be very well represented.
I hope voters will support him in November.
