• Michael Meader, 58, Farmington Falls, charged with operating under the influence, Aug. 19, $3,000 unsecured bail.

• Cary Gifford, 51, New Sharon, charged with operating under the influence, Aug. 19, $3,000 unsecured bail.

• Michael Longley, 47, charged with refusal to submit to arrest, operating under the influence, Aug. 20.

• Ethel Merrithew, 42, Farmington, charged with obstructing the reporting of crime, injury, domestic assault, Aug. 20, $3,000 unsecured bail.

• William Weaver, 23, of Livermore Falls, charged with failure to appear, Aug. 6, $610 bail.

• Wendy Kurtz, 35, of Jay, charged with failure to appear, negotiating a worthless instrument on Aug. 7, $300 cash bail.

• Lisa Komulainen, 34, of Phillips, charged with violating conditions of release, Aug. 7, ordered to pay restitution.
