Ellen F. Theriault, 46, of Mexico, operating under the influence, at 1:58 a.m., Aug. 26, on Route 17.

She was also summoned on a charge of operating without a license. She was transported to Oxford County Jail.

She is scheduled to appear in 11th District Court, Northern Oxford Division, on Oct. 3.

Accident

Vehicles driven by James W. Gibbons, 49, of Maine Avenue, Rumford, and Randal J. Porter, 32, of Angie Lane, Mexico, collided at 9:50 a.m. Aug. 25 on Main Street. Gibbons’ four-door 1992 Ford sustained $2,000 damage. Porter’s 1992 GMC pickup truck sustained $500 damage.
