DOVER, N.H. – Annabelle Gillis Lee, 80, of Summerfield, Fla. and Prince Edward Island, Canada, died Thursday, Aug. 31, at the Dover Rehabilitation Center, Dover, N.H.

She was born in South Pinette, Prince Edward Island, Canada on May 27, 1926, the daughter of Alexander and Annebelle (Nichelson) Gillis.

She was also a past resident of Norway, Bethel, and Laconia, N.H.

She was a dedicated nurse for over forty years working at Lakes Region General Hospital in Laconia.

She is survived by her loving husband, Herbert C. Lee; a son, Gregory Lee of East Waterboro and a daughter, Jennifer Morton of Eliot; six grandchildren, Samuel, Ethan, Liam Morton and Alanna, Marjorie and Andrew Lee.

She was predeceased by her parents and her six brothers and sisters, Samuel Gillis, John Gillis, Kenneth Gillis, Catherine Gillis, Christine Larrabee and Marion MacMillian.
