LIVERMORE FALLS – A woman came home from a holiday weekend to discover hundreds of dollars in change missing from her Park Street home, police said Tuesday.

The home’s owner told police weapons had been moved but not taken in the home, which is on the East Livermore end of Park Street, near the Wayne line, Police Chief Ernest Steward Jr. said. The back door had also been forced open.

Police were called to the home just after 11 a.m Monday, Steward said. Officer Adam Sage responded to the call. Police have suspects in the case, Steward said, adding he thinks that the burglars were juveniles.
