• Robert Graham, 56, Rumford, assault, 9:03 p.m., Sept. 9, on Route 2 at the Big Apple. He was transported to the Oxford County jail. He is scheduled to appear in 11th District Court, Northern Oxford Division, on Nov. 7.

• Arthur MacIsaac, 32, Rumford, operating under the influence, at 1:19 a.m., Sept. 11. He is scheduled to appear in 11th District Court, Northern Oxford Division, on Dec. 5.

Dixfield

Craig A. Record, 22, of Third Street, Dixfield, was summoned on a charge of furnishing a place for minors to possess or consumer liquor, at 11:30 p.m., Sept. 6, on Third Street.

Also summoned were John W. Bassett, 21, Middle Avenue, Mexico, on a charge of furnishing liquor to minors, and Erick B. Hanson, 20, Peru, on a charge of possession of liquor by a minor.

Two minors were also summoned for possession of liquor.

All are scheduled to appear in 11th District Court, Northern Oxford Division, on Nov. 7.
