AUBURN – Poland Spring, the American League champ in the Lewiston Rec Softball League, has annexed the “B” Twin City Championship by beating Auburn Players Softball League runner-up Hart Transportation in 2 straight games of a best-of-3 series.
In the “A” championship series, BT Pallet, Lewiston’s National Division champion, won the first game against Auburn king Major Automotive Monday at Pettengill, but dropped the second Tuesday, 15-10. The deciding contest was set to be played last night.
