BOSTON (AP) – The Boston Bruins reassigned 19 players from their rookie camp on Wednesday, including six who have been invited to the training camp of their AHL team in Providence.

Those invited to the Providence camp, which opens Sept. 22, are forwards Ned Havern, Dan Sparre and Mark Tobin, and defensemen Peter Hafner, Jonathan Paiement and Jay Pemberton.

The six players returned to their junior team were Anton Hedman, Milan Lucic, Brad Marchand, Levi Nelson and Lukas Vantuch, and defenseman Andrew Bodnarchuk.

Those released after being invited to the rookie camp are forward Mathieu Curadeau; defensemen Andrew Andricopoulos, Mike Busto, Mike Hartwick, Justin Wallingford and Brian Yandle, and goaltender Ryan Mior.

The Bruins open their training camp for veterans on Thursday.
