NASHUA, N.H. (AP) – Police said no charges have been brought against a third person involved in the accident that killed two people early Friday.

Driver Daniel Lagios, 49, and his passenger Cheryl Giguere, 54, died after their car collided with a pick-up truck. Police said the truck was turning left onto West Hollis Street when it was hit by the Chevrolet.

The driver of the truck was taken to the hospital for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries. Police have not identified her. Police said they found several beer bottles in the car driven by Lagios and are investigating whether alcohol was a factor in the crash.
