RANGELEY – Andy Harrington scored a pair of goals to lead Richmond to a 4-2 triumph over Rangeley in boys’ soccer action Monday.

The Bobcats (7-0) dominated in the first half, but the Lakers (4-3) fought back to make Richmond earn the win.

While the Rangeley defense held tough, Nels Christiansen and Sean Fay scored second half goals. And with 15 minutes left in regulation, the Lakers came up with a great opportunity to tie up the contest. But, the indirect kick hit the crossbar, and at 58 seconds remaining in the game, Jason Brown scored an insurance goal for the Bobcats.

Goalie Kyle Lancaster made 17 saves for Richmond, while Kent Madiera turned away 13 for Rangeley.
