EFFINGHAM, N.H. (AP) – A girl who had been reported missing from a rehab center where she was being treated for a brain injury was found alive Tuesday afternoon.

Police had been searching for Dena Gallichio, 15, since she was reported missing at about 7 a.m. from the Lakeview Neuro Rehab Center. They said they were especially worried about Gallichio because she had trouble understanding and communicating

Officials, who said she was found in the woods by a K-9 unit, said they believe she may have mild hypothermia.
