On Wednesday, it was Gov. John Baldacci’s turn to visit his fine-finned friend, Little John, whose mustache can only now be described as exquisite. (Notice in the photo, though, that it seems like Little Chandler is hogging the spotlight?)

Little John was active all day prior to the governor’s visit, almost as if he knew it was his turn at the top of the tank. By comparison, Little Philip II seemed to pout alone in the back, perhaps feeling left out. Don’t worry, Little Phil, your turn comes Friday, as that’s when the People’s Hero is coming to town.
