It becomes more and more apparent to me and millions of other citizens that we must demand that members of Congress, who are elected to serve the will of their contituents, call for the impeachment of President George W. Bush and Vice President Dick Cheney.

The lies and obfuscations of this administration are countless, the evidence of their betrayal of the citizenry irrefutable and available to anyone willing to seek the truth.

I ask our media, those stalwart members of the Fourth Estate, why they give this administration a free ride, do not report truth, or ask hard questions. Is it because of who pays their salaries? Some well-to-do right winger, who is building a monopoly of the media? Are they paid by those who also want to control the Internet, to truly keep truth from common folks?

The people want this president impeached, and it is past time for the media to do their job and report the facts to the people and build the case for impeachment.

The media obeyed their masters to impeach Clinton, whose crime could not be considered a high crime or misdemenor; but Bush, who has taken us into an illegal war with lies and hubris, who has granted himself the power of kings, destroyed our Bill of Rights, and our system of justice, continues with his rants with nary a word of truth from those charged by the public to report it.

Will the media finally do their job?
